Y.Noguchi, president of the company, is a first-grade-licensed architect with twenty plus year experience in designing various houses and buildings, can communicate in English for any aspects of real estate, design, structure and inspections.

She is a member of Japan Federation of Architects and Building Engineers .

Association of Housing Warranty Insurers (AHWI)started its professional inspection training program in 2017 and she is one of the qualified inspectors under the program.

Y Design International believes that third party independency is a key requirement for achieving fair result in inspections. (It is important that the inspection is conducted by a third party independent licensed architect, not by a sales agent nor an unexperienced/unprofessional service provider, which used to be a common case in Japan)

For any services other than inspections, Y Design International can satisfy client requests with respect to real estate investment in Japan,through partnerships with other professional firms, when needed.

Y Design International provides inspection service for a competitive price, starting with¥95,000（approx. US$615) for a standard inspection (inspection result report is provided in English).

Standard Inspection is conducted in accordance with Inspection Guideline issued by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and accompanying components.

It does not accompany the usage of x-ray or any other inspection devices, removal of carpets and/or furniture, therefore limited to what is visible.

Any further inspection and evaluation can be performed as optional services at additional cost. The list of option is available upon request.
